Q. How does the box cover look generally?
The default box colors (at no extra charge) are Baghdad Brown and Cairo Cream. They come with a Shoonya logo in the center.

Q. What are the options of box covers we can go for?
There are unlimited designs and colors that you can go for. From personal/company/wedding logos, festival or birthday wishes, design artwork, names, symbols, quotes... your imagination is the limit! All you need to do is provide an open of the creative to us. There is also a large variety of colors to choose from.

Q. I want the contents of the small box but packaged in the big box.
We can upgrade to a big box at Rs. 75/box charge.

Q. Box 1 has 3 sweeteners. Can we select the variety of sweeteners that we want?
Ordinarily, we select the product based on its availability and freshness. However, we do consider client preferences first.

Q. What is the shelf-life of your products?
Typically, the products remain fresh for at least 6 months. However, this depends on the handling & storage. Kindly do not use wet spoons in the jars and do not allow moisture to seep in.

Q. Can we leave personalized messages?
Yes, absolutely! We request that you limit your messages to 140 characters.

Q. Is GST included?
Yes, the pricing is inclusive of GST.
